Since the first incidence was reported two years ago, the COVID-19 has had a significant impact on people’s routines, mental health, and well-being around the world. Lockdowns, studying/working from home, physical separation, limiting social interactions, and quarantine have all been used by governments to combat the spread of the coronavirus. Although these techniques are helpful, they have had significant negative consequences, such as increased isolation, loneliness, and anxiety. Adolescents, defined as those between the ages of 10 and 24, are particularly vulnerable to the social consequences of the aforementioned measures, as they have disrupted adolescents’ life structures and resulted in numerous unfavorable life outcomes. Adolescence is a period of fast physical and social-emotional change, as well as the onset of numerous mental diseases and an increase in time commitment.
